We aim to be able to start your clean (after the initial meeting in your home) the same or following week. We will do our best to start cleaning as soon as possible.
What happens if my cleaner goes on holiday or is poorly?
We will always pre-warn you of any absence of your regular cleaner so that you can decide if you would like someone else for this time or wait until your regular cleaner returns. We will work with your needs.
Yes, we do our best to accommodate your needs and can hold a key so we can clean if you prefer not to be home.
Is there a minimum number of hours for cleaning services?
We ask that you have a minimum of 2 hours per week if you require regular cleans. However, this can be spread over the month in various ways.

Who provides cleaning products?
We provide all cleaning products for your home, unless you have a specific product you like to use, we can be flexible.
